Begin with the change
Before choosing words, images or platforms, state the change you are trying to create. The change may be understanding, confidence, attendance, a decision, a question, a correction or a next action.
This orientation explains how to approach Communication, Content & Storytelling Fundamentals with discipline: begin with purpose, identify the audience, use real evidence, produce a practical output and review what changed.

The orientation is available as text-first preview material. It does not create enrolment, access, completion evidence or certificate entitlement.
The course treats communication as an operating capability. A useful message helps the right person understand something, decide something or do something appropriate.
Before choosing words, images or platforms, state the change you are trying to create. The change may be understanding, confidence, attendance, a decision, a question, a correction or a next action.
Messages do not exist in isolation. Timing, channel, prior knowledge, urgency, relationships, language and practical constraints shape what people need.
Separate what is known, observed, promised, intended and still uncertain. Trust is weakened when aspiration is presented as proof or when context is withheld.
Name the audience, purpose, situation and desired response.
Create the simplest accurate version that can do the required job.
Check whether another person can identify the main point and next step.
Remove ambiguity, unsupported claims and unnecessary friction.
Keep the final version, the evidence used and a short reflection on what improved.
A finished Course 002 output should show the communication problem, the decision made, the version produced and the reason for revision.
Record who the message is for, what they need, the intended outcome and any limits.
Retain at least one earlier version so improvement can be demonstrated rather than merely claimed.
Note the factual evidence, permission, quotation, date or record supporting material claims.
State what became clearer, what remains uncertain and what should be tested next.
Do not invent testimonials, attendance, outcomes, partnerships, qualifications, statistics or case-study details.
Use personal stories, photographs and quotations only with suitable permission, context and respect.
Minimise personal information and escalate material involving children, vulnerability or safety to an appropriate responsible person.
Use headings, readable structure, descriptive links, captions or transcripts and sufficient context for the intended audience.
