These terms set the baseline use of the Academy website and its current programme pages, member gates, downloads, and application routes.

Educational use

The Academy offers structured education, practice guidance, and private learning resources. Nothing on this site creates a medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency support relationship.

Access and accounts

Some Academy areas are private and require an invitation, access code, or member route. Access codes are issued for authorised use and should not be shared casually or used to bypass Academy boundaries.

Programme availability

Programmes, pricing bands, beta offers, timelines, and release states may change as the Academy develops. A public preview page is not a guarantee of immediate enrolment.

Intellectual property

Academy materials, scripts, downloads, frameworks, and course pages remain part of the Academy’s protected body of work unless the Academy explicitly states otherwise.

User conduct

Use this site respectfully. Do not misuse forms, copy private materials without permission, attempt to force access into private areas, or misrepresent Academy content as your own.

Payments and refunds

Where paid enrolment is publicly enabled, the checkout must show the applicable seller identity, course price, access model, payment route, required pre-contract acknowledgements and the relevant cancellation/refund position before an order is submitted. A bank-transfer order is not treated as paid merely because the learner says a transfer was sent; access is issued only after the payment is reconciled to the D’Key order reference. Administrative refund recording is an accounting/access-control record and must only be used after any money due back has actually been returned through the applicable external payment rail.

Changes

The Academy may update these pages, offers, and routes as the platform grows, the beta matures, or programme structures change.
