First Paid Learner SOP.

This page explains the controlled sequence the Academy should complete before any first paid learner receives Course 001 access. It is an operating summary, not a live checkout page.

Current position.

Course 001 may collect founding learner interest and may prepare a manually reviewed paid route. No public checkout, payment link, subscription, automated enrolment or automatic access is enabled in this release.

The first paid learner route should remain capped, manually evidenced, and separated from D’Key Digital service delivery unless a separate written service agreement is created.

Controlled issue sequence

Minimum checks before paid access is issued.

Use this as the public-facing summary of the Academy’s first paid learner discipline.

01Applicant approvedConfirm fit, capacity, project relevance and understanding of the course boundary.
02Agreement acceptedRecord learner terms, support scope and course/service separation before payment is requested.
03Digital consent recordedRecord consent where the learner requests immediate digital content access after payment.
04Payment evidence matchedMatch manual invoice/payment evidence to the learner record and accounting handover note.
05Access issued manuallyIssue course access only after records are complete and the access route has been checked.
06Week-one check-in loggedConfirm the learner can access the course, understands the workbook route and knows the support boundary.

Operator records to hold.

  • Applicant review decision.
  • Learner agreement acceptance.
  • Digital content consent record, where applicable.
  • Manual payment request and payment evidence.
  • Receipt/invoice/accounting handover note.
  • Access issue record and first check-in note.
  • Refund/cancellation escalation route.

Commercial boundary.

This SOP prepares the Academy for a small controlled paid cohort. It does not convert Course 001 into an open public checkout product and does not include D’Key Digital done-for-you services.

Safe route: interest → manual review → agreement → consent → payment evidence → manual access → check-in.

Applicant next step.

Submit interest only if you are ready for a manual review route and understand that paid access, if offered, will be handled through controlled records rather than instant checkout.
